In such situations, the full price of the ticket will be considered a fully tax-deductible donation and no refunds, rain checks, exchanges or replacements will be made. In the case of forced cancellation or postponement of the event due to natural disaster, act of God, disease epidemic or government edict, the ticket cost will be considered either a fully tax-deductible donation to SMART Reading or the ticket cost will be a credit towards future event ticket purchases. No refunds, rain checks, exchanges or replacements will be made.
